Everyone I know hates Mondays. Everyone except me. I already wrote about getting up early, smelling the coffee and looking forward to a new day, but today I want to give you a few tips that should help you to hate Mondays a little less.
1. Prepare, prepare, prepare. If you prepare your lunch for the next day - I have to as I have 235473654 food intolerances and iBS, so I can not just buy something - you will not have to run to the store, you will also not have to eat fast food and most importantly, you will know what you are eating. You can not be productive without energy and you will not have energy without food, so plan ahead and save yourself some time as well as money. Try to bring fresh veggies and fruits, these can be eaten in-between meals.
