INGREDIENTS 100g Oats 80g Honey Cinnamon 3 tbsp Olive Oil Handful of Walnuts ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds. 1 Pinch of Salt ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS Mix the oats with the salt, cinnamon, and walnuts & remaining ingredients. Add Honey and mix well, then add the olive oil & the vanilla extract. Spread the mixture on baking paper and bake for 15 minutes or until the oats reach the desired colour and crispiness.
